Initial message limit should always be 50

When loading a chat room, messages are loaded first by checking for all messages within the last three days. If the recent message list is empty, then it loads 50 recent messages.
It should always load 50 messages since some high traffic rooms may have far more than 50 messages in the past 3 days, slowing initial chat room loading.
